Remembrance Tower

I took this picture using a Minolta Maxxum 7000 35MM camera, I really liked the way it came out.

I’ve tried looking for more info about this tower, and can not find anything good info about it.

Besides an article from a couple of years ago about the trash and homeless problem near the area, I didn’t find anything about it’s origin.
