Looks like the pump has been disconnected from it since the well was covered up.
It was quite squeaky as well (sorry for the wind noise).

Texas Chainsaw Massacre House.
Located near Granger TX, this is the house for Leatherface’s family in the 2003 remake and 2006 prequel films.
The house is located in private property but it’s visible from the road. Trespassing is highly discourage since people still live there (when I was taking pics there, I saw a car pull out from the driveway).

Definitely a place I would like to live if I were to win the lottery hahaha.
Sensor had a bit of dust in it so I did have to clean it in post.
